Hi Marie, your article offers a very unique perspective on the therapeutic benefits of cooking. Every point you made is so true. I have so many fond memories that involve food, whether it’s prepping the dish with loved ones, eating it or anticipating the taste. And I agree wholeheartedly, cooking does help with pride and confidence. My youngest daughter takes pride in cooking and baking things herself, not only because she’s made something tasty, but she can share it with others. Plus she’s learning self-reliance. Reading your article inspires me to cook as a family more. Thank you!
